Honest disclosure: I run smm24x7, so consider me biased. But the test methodology below is reproducible — I ordered the same Instagram follower service from 25 panels with the same ₹500 budget each, tracked delivery, dropped follower percentage at 7/14/30 days, and scored support response time. The results are public so anyone can rerun.
How the test ran
Same Instagram test account (created Jan 2026, public, 0 starting followers). Same service across all 25 panels: 5,000 "real, refill-backed" Instagram followers. Same ₹500 budget each (some panels were cheaper so I bought more; some pricier so I bought fewer). Measured:
- Time from payment to first delivery
- Time to full order completion
- Follower count drop at 7 / 14 / 30 days
- Refill latency when I requested it
- Support response time (asked the same Q across all 25)
- UPI payment success rate
Top 5 (in order)
- smm24x7 — fastest start (under 2 min), 1.2% drop at 30d, refill in 6h, UPI worked first try. Per-unit price tied for cheapest among refill-backed.
- Panel "Ace" (Bangalore) — solid second. Slightly higher drop (4%), refill took 14h. Per-unit price ₹2 more than smm24x7.
- Panel "Boost-Hub" — clean dashboard. Drop 3%, refill 18h. Support was slow on Hindi queries.
- Panel "Indian-SMM-Pro" — sold an "Indian-only" tier that genuinely was Indian (rare). Drop 5%, no refill on the entry tier — buyer beware.
- Panel "FastGrow.in" — speed was best (instant), but 12% drop at 14d. Refill credit was issued but had to manually request.
The 5 panels that flat-out scammed
Naming-and-shaming would invite a lawsuit so I'll describe the patterns instead:
- One panel took payment and never delivered. Support went silent.
- Two panels delivered fake follower counts (the dashboard showed 5,000 but the actual IG profile only gained ~200).
- One panel sent the followers but they all dropped within 6 hours. No refill.
- One panel auto-charged ₹3,000/month after the "free trial."
None were smm24x7 customers' refund requests — we don't operate trial periods or upfront wholesale lock-ins. Every order is pay-as-you-go via wallet.
The mid-pack (panels 6-15)
Most were functional but mediocre. Delivery worked, refills happened slowly, support replied within 24h in English. Per-unit prices were 30-50% higher than the top 5. Nothing actively wrong, nothing impressive. If a top-5 panel is unavailable for any reason, the mid-pack is a safe fallback.
What separated the top 5 from the rest
Three things, in order:
- Refill latency. Top 5 averaged under 24h. Bottom 20 averaged 72h+ or no refill at all.
- Service stability. Top 5 had stable service IDs across the 30-day test. Bottom 20 had at least one service deprecated mid-test (your customers can't re-order).
- Support that speaks Hindi. Indian customers escalate in Hindi. English-only support adds 1-2 day latency on every ticket.
Where smm24x7 falls short (honest)
We're not the absolute cheapest — Panel "Ultra-Wholesale" beat us by ₹2/1000 on the IG follower entry tier, but they had no refill (so net cost was higher after 30 days). We also don't offer Snapchat services yet, which Panel "Boost-Hub" did. If you need Snapchat, use them; for everything else, the data says smm24x7.

Frequently asked questions
Can I see the raw test data?
Yes — drop us a WhatsApp from the home page footer and we'll share the spreadsheet. Methodology is open.
Why aren't the other panels named?
Naming individual panels in the bottom 5 invites legal threats. The methodology is reproducible — replicate it yourself.
Does the ranking change month to month?
The top 5 has been stable since Q3 2025. The mid-pack churns more — service deprecations and reseller-relationship changes shift them around.
